What to Expect at your reveal and ordering session

The Reveal and Order Session is when you will see your images for the first time and order your artwork. I will need all financial decision-makers at this session. Depending on how quickly you pick out your favorite portraits, this session will take about 1 to 1 ½ hours. I will also have samples of my artwork for you to see, touch, and feel.

The images will have a soft edit on them, and I will fully edit the ones you pick out for your artwork or digital purchase. I fully edit 1-3 images to give you an idea of how your finished photos will look. I want you to be happy with your pictures and the edits I make, so please let me know if something is out of place or if an image needs further editing, and I will fix it.

If you are ordering an art piece for your wall, measuring the width and height of your wall space is very helpful. Take a straight-on picture of the wall and send it to me. I have a software program to help us figure out what size fits appropriately on your wall.

If you plan on having me create an album, I will set up a mock album for you to review with some of my favorite images from your session. After reviewing your pictures, we will look at the album mock-up and change out any photographs I picked with your favorites. You never know; what I decided may be what you are looking for!

If you are purchasing digital files only, we will pick out your favorites, and once I have fully edited them, I will place them on a USB drive and then call you when they are ready for pick up or delivery.

All orders are paid in full during this appointment. Due to the personalization of each product, all sales are final and will only be delivered after payment in full is received. All artwork, except for gift prints, will be proofed by the client before ordering. If the client does not catch a mistake, the client is responsible for all costs associated with reprinting said product. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zelle, or Venmo.
